From answering questions, truly in depth product knowledge, the test drive experience, and negotiating and crunching numbers. 10/10 customer service when it came to payment and vehicle delivery - Ray took it upon himself to help me get my old Mazda back to my driveway and sealed the deal by accommodating a wire fund transaction from my financial institution to the dealer. And the closing of the sale was honestly what I was most impressed about - thorough, systematic, yet genuine vehicle walk through to ensure I was fully acquainted with the security system, infotainment system, and operation of the vehicle upon possession of the keys. Only critique is I would have appreciated a better presentation regarding the dealer maintenance package - 5 year maintenance package is capped at 10 visits for oil and 10 visits for tire service.

They falsified or neglected safety measurements on my CPO inspection checklist and are now refusing to take financial responsibility for selling an unsafe vehicle. I purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-30 CPO from Napleton Oak Lawn Mazda at approximately 46,000 miles. Their official CPO inspection sheet signed off on the front brake pads as having 6 mm of thickness remaining. Here are the undeniable facts: 1. Brake pads do not regenerate. Prior service records documented the front brake pads at 5 mm. 2. Napleton Oak Lawn Mazda certified the car 6 months later, claiming the pads were suddenly at 6 mm—an impossibility that proves the CPO inspection was either guessed or deliberately falsified to avoid replacing the brakes prior to sale. 3. Just 5,000 miles after purchase, the front pads were measured at 2 mm—the absolute minimum unsafe limit requiring immediate replacement. When I brought this paper trail to both the Service Manager and the General Manager, they completely refused to cover or reimburse the cost of replacing the front brakes that should have been addressed under proper CPO standards before the car was sold. Selling a vehicle under the Mazda CPO banner requires strict adherence to inspection standards. Pencil-whipping a safety inspection on a 46,000-mile car and forcing the customer to pay for your oversight 5,000 miles later is completely dishonest. Save yourself the headache and buy your CPO Mazda from a dealership that values transparency and safety over cutting corners.

Did not sugar coat anything and let me, mother and older brother know everything we needed to know. This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had! Jeff Treadwell was my sales consultant and I can’t say enough great things about him. So helpful,knowledgeable,no pressure whatsoever. Really wanted me to be comfortable and happy with my purchase and the price I paid. Spent so much time with me going over every aspect of proper use of all the car functions.I did not bring a check with me and was going to come back the next day with payment. I live far north so Jeff was kind enough to drive me to a local branch to get payment so I did not have to repeat the trip the next day.Jeff is not someone who sells u the car and hopes u don’t bother him again. He repeated several times to call him directly with any car questions,problems,needed appointments,ect. Jeff made sure I had his card with office and cell phone numbers and told me to put his number in my phone.
