I recently purchased a car from this dealership and was disappointed with the experience. I was given a key fob that had tape on the back and turned out to be completely dysfunctional. It ended up locking the keys inside the car, and I had to pay $129 for a locksmith to get back in. This could have easily been avoided if the dealership had provided a properly functioning key fob from the start.
