Sean was excellent along with the gentleman I sat down with for financing. Unfortunately after leaving the dealership and arriving home I realized that the lower splash shield on the vehicle was badly damaged and not able to be secured properly. Upon further inspection I discovered duct tape on the under side portion of the front bumper to secure it in place, and being that I live about an hour away from the dealership, the drive alone was enough to cause the tape to fail. Disappointing to discover that they were not transparent about something as minor as a damaged splash shield (ordered a new one for $100 and it's not difficult to replace). It just makes me hesitant to recommend this dealership to anyone, if they were not transparent about something like this, it makes me question what other kinds of things they were not honest about. It's hard for me to argue they did not know about the splash shield damage being that there was tape holding it in place, but I hope I'm mistaken and someone at the dealer reaches out and tries to amend the situation. My interactions with these folks did not make me think an outcome like this was likely to occur, but your diligence when you're looking at any car new or used should you decide to purchase a vehicle from here.

We had a great experience at Napleton’s oak lawn Mazda especially with Ali whom was such a supportive and helpful salesman. It was our second time dealing with him and he was more like a friend who advised us and gave us the best deal as well as made the process of purchasing a new car seem easy.

I recently bought a 2025 CX-5 from Oak Lawn Mazda and was extremely pleased with everyone at the dealership. I want to especially thank Ryan Riddle for his professionalism, excellent service and attention to detail during the whole buying process. Ryan was very patient while we test drove several different Mazda models and his knowledge of all the vehicles was amazing. On the day of delivery, Ryan went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb making sure it was in perfect condition.
